This journal-book experience was created by Jen Barnes, MSW, CPC, TCTSY-F , who brings over 25 years in the mental health field, along with lived experience as an ADHD woman.

The approach is grounded, compassionate, and designed to meet ADHD women where they actually are.

Jen has including 20 years of clinical practice, coaching, and deep study in ADHD, trauma, nervous system regulation, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). She is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and an ADHD Success Coach, with specialized expertise helping ambitious ADHD women like you break free from over-functioning, emotional exhaustion, and the invisible patterns that keep us playing small.

This isn’t just theory — it’s the exact work Jen has done with clients and with herself for decades, adapted into a self-guided experience you can finally do on your own terms.

Since healing and inner work happens in layers, you may find benefit in returning to the journal prompts over time, especially as new challenges surface.
